1. SHIPPING ORIGIN & AUTHENTICITY

To ensure the highest quality and traditional craftsmanship, most of our curated collections (including Cinnabar, Jade, and Agarwood items) are shipped directly from our China Headquarters/Artisan Workshop in Jinan. This allows us to offer authentic Eastern spiritual items that have been meticulously inspected and blessed before departure.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through our website’s “Track Order” page or via the carrier’s official website.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

ShopBuddhaLuck is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we take care to package our items discreetly to minimize potential customs delays.

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Damaged during transit: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at support@shopbuddhaluck.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.

7. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

While our products ship from the East, our US Representative Office in Illiopolis, Illinois, provides administrative and customer support for our North American clients. If you have any logistical concerns, our team is available to assist you across multiple time zones.
