Refund & Return Policy

At ShopBuddhaLuck, we take great pride in the spiritual significance and craftsmanship of our Zen-inspired jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging (including the blessing card, jewelry box, and protective pouch).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. NATURAL VARIATIONS (IMPORTANT)

Our products are crafted from natural materials, including cinnabar, natural jade, crystals, and rare woods. Please note:

  • Unique Characteristics: Each stone or bead may have slight variations in color, texture, and grain. These are not considered defects but are marks of natural authenticity.
  • Handmade Variance: Slight differences in bead size or stringing tension may occur due to the artisanal nature of our products.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and spiritual reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Items showing clear signs of physical wear or energy alteration.
  • Final sale/clearance items.

4. RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@shopbuddhaluck.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • Return Address: While we have a US Representative Office, most physical returns of high-value jewelry must be shipped back to our China Headquarters/Warehouse for quality inspection and authentication.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, our experts will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
